THE RECIPE
  • You will only need:
  • A tsp of organic honey
  • A tsp of cinnamon powder
  • A cup of oatmeal
  • A cup of orange juice
  • 2 cups of chopped pineapple
  • 8 oz. of crushed sweet almonds
  • 8 oz. of water

Preparation: Cook the oatmeal for ten minutes and then leave it to cool down. Place it into a juicer, together with other parts, and mix for a few minutes until the point that you get a homogeneous blend.

Water
